About Exhibition


Ink painting artists are never lacking ideas and insights. Although natural landscapes are vanishing gradually, city live continues to bring new ideas and inspirations for ink paintings. Ink of Two Cities – Shenzhen & Hong Kong Metropolitan Ink Painting Exhibition brings the audience innovative ink paintings from more than 40 ink painting artists in Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Dong Xiaoming, Liang Yu, Zhou Ming, Wucius Wong and Wong Hau-kwei will present their work featuring city landscapes and urban life, demonstrating the diversified possibilities of ink paintings.


Curatorial organisations include Shenzhen Fine Art Institute, Shenzhen Artists Association, the United Association of Artists of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Culture and Art Exchange Association.




About Art Group and Artists


Shenzhen Fine Art Institute

Established in 1987, the Institute is a professional arts creation and research institute hosted by the Shenzhen Government. It provides arts consultation for the government, as well as a high level arts service for the citizens.
